Welcome to the online Registration Form for Exchange 4 Kids. Using this system, you can provide us with the information we need to set up an exchange for your child.
Registration & Paying online:
To register your child, please complete this electronic form. Once completed, you will be asked to make your payment via Paypal. You may use a standard credit / debit card or a PayPal account.
Please note: changes made to the form will not be saved until payment has been made. The system will log off if details are not input within a short time frame. Should this happen, please start the registration process again.
